A roof built for valley weather
Homes here take heavy spring sun, dry summer heat, wind coming up the Columbia, and wet snow load in winter. A roof that works in Seattle does not automatically work in Wenatchee. We spec underlayment, fastener patterns, ventilation, and snow retention for the exposure your house actually has.
Every project starts on the roof, not at a kitchen table. We climb it, photograph the flashing, valleys, penetrations, and decking condition, then hand you a written scope that lists materials by name and quantity. If your roof has ten more good years in it, we will tell you that instead of selling you a replacement.
Installs, re-roofs, and replacements
We handle new construction roofs for local builders and homeowners, tear-off and re-roof on existing houses, and single-slope replacements when only part of the roof has failed. Shingle work uses architectural laminate systems with proper starter, ridge, and ice-and-water at the eaves and valleys. Metal work runs from exposed-fastener panels on shops and outbuildings to concealed-fastener standing seam on primary residences.
Ventilation gets treated as part of the roof, not an afterthought. Intake at the soffit, exhaust at the ridge, and correct net free area keep the deck dry, the attic cooler in July, and ice dams off the eaves in January.
What the job looks like day to day
Crews arrive when we say. Landscaping gets tarped, magnets sweep the driveway and lawn every evening, and the dumpster leaves when the last panel is on. Fall protection is set before anyone steps on the deck. You get a point of contact you can call directly, not a call center.

How long does a re-roof take on a typical Wenatchee home?+
Most single-family homes are torn off and re-covered in two to four working days. Steeper pitches, multiple layers of old shingles, or standing seam panel work can add a day or two. We give you the schedule in writing before we start.
Metal or shingle for a home in the valley?+
Both work here. Shingles cost less up front and look right on a lot of neighborhoods. Metal sheds snow, handles wind off the river, and lasts decades longer. We walk you through the trade-offs for your specific house instead of pushing one product.
Do you replace rotten decking and underlayment?+
Yes. Once the old roof is off we inspect every sheet of decking. Anything soft or delaminated gets replaced and documented with photos so you see exactly what you paid for.
Will you work with my insurance after a storm?+
We document damage with dated photos and a written scope your adjuster can read. We do not handle the claim for you, but our paperwork keeps the process moving.
